that intimidate you...she's still cool), wine appraiser,
Chef and Founder of Cork and Karma Inc.
- this lady knows how to drink and entertain with
a personality unlike any other. We promise!
In her 30 drinking career (she's been
drinking since the age of four -- really she has!) Sandi
has done lots...teaching budding sommeliers to gain their sommelier certificate,
influencing thousands with regular newspaper columns, monthly
wine blogs and radio shows.
Sandi has appeared on CTV News
Montreal and Kitchener, CJAD radio, 570 News, and
940Montreal. She was also

NEWS --largest news service in the world

the globe-- which talked about the health benefits of wine drinking
(yes, its actually healthy). She's been
featured in Canada's premier lifestyle magazine,
Chatelaine
and most recently appeared in 'The

magazine with a feature article on how to pair wines for

As one of Canada's few accredited
wine appraisers, she manages and appraises restaurant
and individual wine cellars/collections for divorce,
estate, financing, insurance and inventory purposes
while offering services on how to stock cellars because
there are just too many wealthy people with whacks of
dough that need a place to spend it.
Sandi’s steadfast goal is to infuse people with a passion for wine, food and life!
Her one goal is to get North America drinking more wine,
more often!!!
